Our main objective is to gain confidence and meet our Customers’ requirements and expectations. Quality policy is implemented by:

  • specifying and meeting Customers’ requirements,
  • effective implementing new products for production,
  • stable quality of products guarantee,
  • classification and assessment of suppliers able to meet Customers’ requirements,
  • monitoring the process and measurement of the product’s conformity,
  • developing staff’s qualifications and updating our facilities and measurement equipment in order to meet Customers’ requirements,
  • observing statutory and legal requirements,
  • systematic analysis of results our activity results during Management reviews and taking actions in case of any threat or not achieving targets.
Our Customers' satisfaction is a measure of the implementation of Quality Policy.

We commit ourselves to fulfilling the requirements and constant improving effectiveness of the quality management system in accordance with: ISO 9001:2015, EN 9100:2016, AS 9100 rev. D.

This Quality Policy applies to all employees of ZOP Co. Ltd Forging Plant.
