We design and manufacture on our in-house tooling separtment all tooling necessary for forging and machining production, such as:
- forging dies,
- trimmers and blanking dies as well as other tools for cold and hot cutting processes,
- bending and stamping tools,
- copper electrodes for dies,
- turning and milling devices for machining our forgings and parts,
- other technological equipment necessary in the processes carried out in the plant.
Professional heat treatment of tools in vacuum furnaces, thermo-chemical treatment or PVD coating ensures the required service life and durability of our tooling. We also carry out a full range of works related to the repair and regeneration of forging tools.
