For copper alloys processing we use hot and cold forging technology on screw presses and die hammers. Plant is ready to forge copper alloys as follow:

• copper  CW004A (Cu-ETP), CW008A (Cu-OF) and MHY
• brasses CW508L (CuZn37), CW509L (CuZn40), CW602N (CuZn36Pb2As), CW603N (CuZn36Pb3), CW612N (CuZn39Pb2), CW614N (CuZn39Pb3), CW617N (CuZn40Pb2) and CW713R (CuZn37Mn3Al2PbSi)
• bronzes CW303G (CuAl8Fe3), CW306G (CuAl10Fe3Mn2) and CW452K (CuSn6)

Maxksimum die forging weight is up to 25,00 kg, max. open die (hand forging) weight is up to 50,00 kg. From copper, brass and bronze we can be produced parts for various applications in the general engineering, energy and the construction industry as well as for bathrooms from a current range of 30 copper alloys, including lead-free alloys.
