We specialize in drop and free forging processes of the following materials:
- aluminum alloys,
- copper and copper alloys (brass and bronzes),
- carbon and low-alloy structural steels,
- high-alloy steels with high purity after remelting ESR and VAR for aviation applications,
- stainless and heat-resistant steels,
- titanium alloys.
We use forgings techniques like: drop forging on screw presses in open and closed dies as well as forging on heavy-duty hammers. Materials are heated before the forging process in dedicated electric chamber furnaces with forced air circulation, gas furnaces or induction heaters.
