Aluminium steel cooper titanium forgings - ZOP Co. ltd FORGING PLANT

Our company has been on the market for over 60 years and offers the highest quality open and die forgings. They are mainly used in aircraft, military, machine, automotive and energy industry.

We mostly specialize in forging processes of alloys of aluminium, copper, iron and titanium. Moreover, we also design and produce essential forging tools such as: dies, trimmers, housings, electrodes and various devices for processing. Pre or final machining operations and galvanic coverings are available on request.

We combine high quality of our forgings with experience and knowledge of our staff and the latest technology. Customers appreciate us primarily for the high quality, competitive prices and short lead times.

Forging Department

We specialize in light metals forming processes, mainly based on aluminum and titanium, as well as other non-ferrous metal alloys such as copper, brass and bronze. We also produce forgings from many types of structural and high-alloy carbon steels, including stainless, heat-resistant and special grades of steels. A special group of manufactured forgings are aviation products made of high purity steel after VAR and ESR vacuum remelting.

Machining Department

Based on our forgings we perform pre-machining, semi-fini or final machining operations. In the machining processes we use 3- and 5-axis CNC milling CNC centers, turning CNC centers as well as processes on conventional machine tools such as drilling, grinding, etc.

We deliver finished products with additional galvanic coatings such as anodizing, tinning, silvering zinc plating or assembly. We also have our own toolling department, where we design and manufacture dies, trimmers and other required forging tools, machining and control devices.

International Fairs Aluminium 2018

We are inviting to our stand at International Fairs Aluminium 2018 taking place from 09 to 11 October 2018 in Dusseldorf, Germany.
